This session is designed to help high school students with Tourette Syndrome (TS) make the most of their academic and personal lives by providing practical strategies for managing time effectively, developing strong study habits, and staying organized amid the demands of school and social life. Students will also learn how to advocate for themselves by understanding and utilizing their 504 Plan or IEP to support their unique learning needs. In addition, the presentation explores the importance of setting healthy boundaries with friends to maintain balance and focus. Finally, attendees will discover simple yet powerful ways to unwind each evening, promoting better sleep and overall well-being. Through relatable examples and actionable tips, this presentation empowers students to take control of their high school experience—helping them not just to survive the journey, but to truly thrive.
